The Seacoast Guitar Society is being founded by Harvey Reid, a world-renowned guitarist who lives in the Seacoast. Reid has released 13 highly-acclaimed solo recordings on the Woodpecker Records label, and has made his living for 25 years performing across the US and abroad. Reid will bring his 20-year history in the local music scene, his knowledge of the worldwide guitar community and his personal friendships with many of today's finest players to help bring this about, and to develop this bridge between his own art, the guitar music of the world, and the Seacoast region.
